Fees and Rates
In accordance with the fee structure as set on December 31, 2018 by the Austrian Veterinary Chamber we hereby inform you of our hourly rate of EUR 128,00 (Level 1).
The final total will be calculated as follows: hourly rate including variable costs, such the use of equipment, various materials used, consumables and other expenses. Traveling costs will be charged separately.
Traveling to and from the site of the treatment allows for charging an official kilometer allowance and compensation at the rate of Level 1 (EUR 128,00).
On Saturdays, starting at noon (12:00), as well as on Sundays and public holidays, and on weekdays between 7 pm (19:00) and 7 am (7:00) a surcharge equal to the rate of Level 1 will be charged for each time unit. Here, the time of the service request is of significance.
Services which due to logistical issues could only be rendered during the times usually applicable to additional fees are not subject to these fees.
The statutory VAT will be added to each invoice.
Medications will be sold in accordance with the current pharmacy retail price.
